for a percussionist 

A musician is trapped in a triangle formed by a xylophone, a glockenspiel and a vibraphone. His ability to escape from the triangle through the matter of the instrument is proof of a good performance. This magic trick is only possible if the performer liberates himself from the bonds of  “executor” and becomes one with the instruments making them extensions of his own limbs and if he can absorb the elements of rhythm and sound like metabolic events occurring within his own body.
