Azione musicale napoletana

Libretto di Giorgio Battistelli, liberamente adattato dall’omonima pièce teatrale di Eduardo Scarpetta

When Neapolitan comedy brings its characters to life and draws them into its traditional frenetic dance, it manages to capture all the trials and tribulations of our lives … And so we admire the virtuosity of the playwright’s touch; we laugh, yet we are struck by the realisation that all these truths are part of another mad dance, which is none other than our daily lives.
